On a lighter note, (which can't be said without feeling a sense of poetic irony when you take into account my weight) I am a very slim individual with a healthy appetite for food.

I drink plenty of water - mineral water that is and eat 5 portions of fresh fruit and veg everyday. If I feel a bit peckish after I have had my main meal of an evening, I usually eat a few snacks to tide me over until the morning.

For a person like myself with a fast metabolism, it is hard to put on weight regardless of how much I consume.
